Manuel, Puerto Princesa City, herein after referred to as the SECOND PARTY.
W I T N E S S E T H: THATWHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY are the officers of GOLDEN HILLS SUBDIVISION to be
registered with the HOUSING and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB), Quezon City;
WHEREAS, this registration pertains to the development of a certain parcel of land
owned by Ms. Amparo Ignacio, identified as Lot No. _______________, containing an area of
__________________________________

) square meters, covered by Transfer Certificate of Tittle No. _______________,
situated at Bgy. Sta. Monica, Puerto Princesa City;
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY offers for sale to the SECOND PARTY, the PORTION of
lot __________________, consisting of __________________( ) SQUARE METER, more or less,
to be developed as a housing project for sale to interested buyers and landless residents
of Puerto Princesa City;
WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY hereby signify his intention to buy a portion of said
real property;
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY requires the SECOND PARTY to pay the EARNEST
MONEY amounting to EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 800,000.00) Philippine
Currency, before the execution of any document pertaining to the sale of the said real
property and the SECOND PARTY agreed to the proposal of the FIRST PARTY;
WHEREAS, it is in this regards that the FIRST PARTY would like to borrow money
from the SECOND PARTY;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties
hereto hereby agree as follows:
1. That the amount to be barrowed by the FIRST PARTY from the SECOND PARTY is EIGHT
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 800,000.00), Philippine Currency;
2. That the EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 800,000.00) is being borrowed
purposely for payment of EARNEST MONEY to the land owner, AMPARO IGNACIO;
3. That the PRINCIPAL amount of Php 800,000.00 borrowed by the FIRST PARTY from the
FIRST PARTY shall be paid in SIXTY (60) DAYS only, effective on Wednesday, June 1, 2016
until August 31, 2016;
4. That there should be no interest in cash to be paid to the SECOND PARTY but instead, the
FIRST PARTY shall ensure that one (1) lot allocated for free to the SECOND PARTY;
5. The parties hereto shall faithfully comply with the terms and conditions of this
Agreement;
