Review Building Norms
All Staff will effectively and respectively communicate with others by being honest, direct, and following through in
a timely manner.
All Staff will participate in collaboration regarding decision making and change.
All Staff and Administrators will be present and engaged at meetings and willing to participate in meaningful
discussions of current issues, visions and goals.
All Staff will communicate in a positive, respectful, open manner where everyone has a voice.
All Staff will express, discuss and take action in a positive, respectful manner regarding middle school and
district issues that arise.
All Staff when involved in conflict, will utilize active listening, compromise, and accountability, always working
towards what is the best practice for the middle school.
