    This ultrasound report details the results of a venous Doppler study of the bilateral lower limbs of a 57-year-old female patient. The report found no evidence of deep vein thrombosis but did note bilateral saphenofemoral junction incompetence with reflux, dilated great saphenous veins on both sides, and multiple varicosities and incompetent perforators in the great saphenous territory of both legs. The radiologist recommends correlating these results clinically.

    US Venous Doppler - Bilateral Lower Limbs

    Venous Doppler study of bilateral lower limbs were performed. The deep and superficial venous
    system was evaluated.
    The common femoral vein, superficial femoral vein, profunda femoris, popliteal vein, anterior and
    posterior tibial veins show normal flow pattern in bilateral lower limbs. Normal compressibility of the
    veins is noted. Normal response to Valsalva maneuver is seen. No evidence of any thrombus noted in
    the deep or superficial veins of bilateral lower limbs.

    Bifateral saphenofemoraljunction incompetence noted with significant reflux lasting lor


    seconds noted on right and - 4.1 seconds on left side.
    Great saphenous vein is dilated measuring - 4.6 mm in caliber on right side and
    caliber on left side at - 5 cm distal to saphenofemoraljunction.

    5 mm in

    Multiple varicosities noted in great saphenous territory in both legs.

    3 to 5 mm noted on posterior aspect of right leg at below

    Incompetent perforators measuring - 3 to 5 mm noted on posterior aspect of left leg at below
