Scope and Limitation

This study focuses to an overview of Human Resources Management
Application for Flow Crete Construction Equipment Philippines Inc., in the
organization and the trend of computerizing the process of Human Resources
Management nowadays. This is about meeting the goals of concern, where the
manual system was not at their full satisfaction. By computerizing, this study will
reduce the time and effort of the users in terms of adding, editing, searching,
deleting and printing of employee records. The Human Resources Officer can only
accessed and edit employee records. Therefore, the selection criteria we present in
our study try to propose some clue for organization to have better selection
process.
At present the Applicant can only upload a Microsoft Word File for the resume.
This can be extended to include any other file types that are required. This product
is run locally and cannot be accessed by everyone. It can be deployed on a webserver so that anyone connected to the internet can access. The system is not
capable of sharing its data from other database. The system will be developed
using PHP-MySQL database. Payroll system is not included in this study.
