supplied, indicating quantities supplied, purchase
order reference, order value, scheduled delivery
dates, and actual dates of supply
List of suppliers/sub-vendors of raw material and
inspection/testing agencies
Point wise confirmation on each clause of this
specification
Copies of the test reports, if the offered
RESTRICTION ORIFICE PLATES have earlier
undergone various tests mentioned in this
specification.

B) Immediately after placement of Purchase Order, 3 copies

of following documents shall be submitted for the

purchasers review and approval.

All documents as per HDOs specifications to be furnished for
HDOs approval. All Document shall have the following Project
information:

Inspection:
Quality Plan with above Project information in eight (3) copies is
to be submitted by vendor before commencement of manufacture
for approval by HDO. The list of tests to be conducted on each
equipment in line with the requirement of IS or other relevant
standards.
All routine and acceptance tests as specified by the applicable
standard shall be carried out by the vendor and shall be
witnessed by HDO/NPCIL without any additional cost. Any other
tests and quality assurance requirement as defined elsewhere in
the specification shall also be complied.
Vendor should give at least 15 days prior notice for the Inspection.
