1. While tuning on the printer press and hold GO until
the Attention, Ready and Go lights turn on. 2. Release

hold the GO button. All lights turn off. During the next
three seconds, the Go, Ready and Attention lights turn on
in that order, one per second. 4. Release the GO button to
perform the initialization.

powering on printer, after all the LEDs come on
release the JOB CANCEL button.

1. Press and hold the JOB CANCEL button while
powering on printer, after all the LEDs come on.
Hold the JOB CANCEL button for 20 or more
seconds after all of the LEDs come on.

1. Hold down ITEM & -VALUE while turning on
printer. 2. Wait for RESET MAINTENANCE COUNT
to appear then release both buttons.

Cleanup NVRAM
(removes old areas that are not being used) 1. Hold

Control-Panel Boot Sequence Calibration

1. Hold down the C and # buttons and turn the power on.
2. Release the C and # buttons when a small square
appears in the upper-left portion of the control
panel
display.3. Use a small pointed device (for example, the
tip of a pen) to touch the small square. A second
small square will appear in the lower-right
portion of the control-panel display. NOTE The
first square does not disappear. Take care to not
touch it a second time or the calibration
procedure will fail. 4. Touch the small square in
the lower-right portion of the control-panel
display. When you do, the touch screen
alignment is complete and the device returns to
power-on initialization.
