GENERAL: This document is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Tour

De Force font foundry and Fontspring. By using or installing font software, you
agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. In this document the term font r
efers to any program or piece of code and/ or computer information containing da
ta that can be used to output letterforms or designs to any output or display de
vice currently known or unknown.
PURPOSE OF USE: You may use Tour De Force fonts(s) both for commercial and non-co
mmercial works.
NUMBER OF USERS: Strictly limited to number of licenced persons at procedure of b
uying font(s) from Fontspring's website.
BACKUPS: You may make one (1) copy of the Tour De Force font foundry font(s) data
solely for backup purposes provided the copyright and trademark notices are rep
roduced in their entirety on the backup copy.
THIRD PARTIES: You may send a copy of any Tour De Force font foundry font(s) alon
g with your documents to a commercial printer or other service bureau to enable
the editing or printing of your document, provided that such party agrees to del
ete the font or fonts from his/ her/ their system upon completion of your projec
t.
PORTABLE DOCUMENTS: You may embed Tour De Force font foundry font(s) within PostScr
ipt-Language files, .PDF files, and .EVY files for distribution, viewing, and im
aging to other parties.
DISTRIBUTIONS: You may not rent, lease, sublicense, give, lend, or further distri
bute the font software.
MODIFICATIONS: You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile,
disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Tour De Force font foundry
font(s) without prior written consent from Tour De Force font foundry.
COPYRIGHT: Tour De Force font foundry font software data is copyrighted; unauthor
ized copying Tour De Force font foundry is expressly forbidden. You may be held
legally responsible for any infringement of Tour De Force font foundrys intellect
ual property rights that is caused or encouraged by your failure to abide by the
terms of this Agreement.
TERMINATION: This Agreement will immediately and automatically terminate without
notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. If th
is Agreement is terminated, you agreed to destroy all copies of the font data in
your possession.
MULTI-USER LICENSE: You can purchase Multi-user licence through Fontspring at a d
iscounted price.
APP LICENSE: Please contact us for more information about application license.
If you purchase from other foundries, distributors or dealers, please follow the
ir EULA.
