SUB:= Complaint Against Karvy Data Management Limited for the gross violation of
constitution of India, Labour Laws, Indian Penal code and Human rights.

1 There are no service condition, Working Hours Prescribed as per

3 There is a gross Violation of minimum Wage ACT in all the shift(batches)
working from morning to morning(24X7) the higher post holders more popularly
known as UM & OM are humiliating, Exploiting and treating all L1 designated as
their slaves. The working conditions are defined by UM and OM as per their
Whims and Fancy
The Salary of All L1 are based on For making payment only if
recommended by UM and OM. Many staff who left Job due to their
humiliating approach are not paid salary from three months to 8 days
period. Such practice is still continued with all who are working as L1 as
on date.
There is gross violation of Indian constitution of article 14- Equality before
law. The prescribed rule is as established as saman kaam saman vetan
are grossly overlooked by the company.The Person Handling job with a
Regional Language is paid only Rs.5759.00 and Those L1 Handling
Customer with English language are paid up to 15,000. SO there is lot of
discrimination and inequality by the virtue of language by violating the
highest law of India Called Constitution of India. There is no important of
national language. There is no incentive paid to all the employees.
Incentives are not paid who enjoys Religious holiday incentive is deducted for
the whole month.
Working Hours are programmed into Computer as per their whims and choice as
after working eight hours and twenty minutes system shows, as six hours and thirty

minutes. The Recess period is also deducted from the total working Hours and
system Counts the time from Incoming call of grievances only. It is also possible that
all the computers are having inbuilt clock as per their directives.
There is lot of discrimination to the L1 Staff those who are handling multiple
language and multiple calls in English, Hindi and Gujarati.They are paid Lowest Pay
violating article 14 of constitution of India, Labor Laws, Minimum Wage act, Indian
Pinal Code ETC.
These can be very well established by inquiry of the working personnel and previous
complains made by staff and public at large to the company of which records are
available with the company. The computer at the desk is secondary evidence for
calculating working hours, injustice and exploitations by the company. The cases of
humiliations by the UM and OM are referred from the information from the staff
gathered. After appropriate inquiry , I shall submit more materialistic evidences to
your office.
I therefore, request to Have Immediate probe into the matter and initiate immediate
inquiry as I have to approach honorable Gujarat High Court under human right act.
Please ensure immediate inquiry in the matter as under the plaint, you may be a
party to the Public interest litigation.
