Computers are very important for an organization and the individual in particular. This is
because computers have helped us in our everyday working hour and home, office and
anywhere. Computers are capable of doing something or working process with the shortest time
and satisfy users. Travel and everyday tasks become easier and without realizing it we are
increasingly dependent on machines we call it a computer. It is not obviously the losses. As a
computer user should know how to take care of computer hardware and computer data. So the
components and data loss prevention should be taken into account so that the potential
occurrence of these problems can be reduced. In most instances a computer will be
compromised. Where existing components in a computer is stole.
As a Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia student in CQ Breyer KL, we have chosen title for
this final project which is Smart Compaq PC.Head of project of Karthi geswaran A/L
Anbananthan. Secondly the secretary of this project Krishna Kumar A/L Thangadurai. Project
paper is provided for the purpose of planning and preparation for the project SMART

1.2 OBJECTIVES

Something new in the market.

Installing all necessary parts in one particular device.
User friendly.

1.3 SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

In every each group that is organizing an event, every group has its own members who
have their positions. With these position comes rules and responsibilities to make sure that
every each job scope functions is done in a proper way and complete. The head of project is
responsible for providing strategic leadership for the final project by working with the Board and
other management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies.

2.1 INTRODUCTION

Project planning is very important because this will help to develop and implant of
the project. Project planning is to make sure the project that we want does develop goes
smoothly without any problem. It also will be helpful for us to make sure the quality of
the project.
The duration of this project is 3 months starting from 5th August until 12
December. Materials and equipment used will be collected in order to develop this
project work will be easier and orderly. The process of developing this project must be
carried out carefully so that the projects have become a quality project.

CHAPTER 5: CONCLUSION

The purpose of this project is to encourage the community and public to use our new
product for their company and office.The contents of this project are about using the Smart
Compact Communication Pc. When we are doing this project, we are comfortable with the
undergoing projects. We got a lot of new experiences and skills to do this project.

Finally, we have completed the proposal for the title of Smart Compact
Communication Pc We hope that this proposal could work certified by the management have
been assigned.
I would like to say thank to my lecturer miss Noraini Binti Pilus to help and guide me to
