Part 1
I believe that he should not take any legal move in that he should not take this matter to the court
since it his father and if you look at the matter in a realistic way his father really was right by
saying that he lived under his house and that he was eating from the house of his father. And also
the father has rights over him and also can decide on what to do with him. If he was not able to
raise the money to pay him he should have taken some reasoning of the situation at hand and see
that since he was born as a child his father was able to bring him up with no difficulties. And he
was able to teach him everything he knew. He was even able to start walking and it was through
the aid of his father that he was able to do this. He was brought up to the age of being able to
start kindergarten and his father willingly went and paid for him school fees. And throughout the
whole time if there was any form of parental meeting his father was able to avail himself and was
gladly there for his son. Moreover, his father had not run away from his responsibilities as a
father meaning that he really loved him as a son and was proud to be his father since in most
known cases fathers ran away from their responsibilities and left the mothers to act as single
parents.
In addition to that his father was able to buy him his clothing ever since he was born till his
current age and has ever been doing that since he was a small boy, which believe me is really not
an easy task to be doing. This act sis a real and big proof that his father loves him deeply and
therefore he should really consider his actions about taking any form of legal action against his
father for not paying him the 200 dollars. And also ever since he was a young boy his parents
were able to make sure that he got the right medical attention that he deserved. Since he was a
small bet he was taken to have vaccine shots that have prevented him from getting diseases like

hepatitis, polio and many other diseases that are vaccine when one is a young infant. Not
forgetting that his father was always there for him unlike other kids who dont even knowing the
identity of their fathers furthermore or even if they are still alive. He was able to be there for
him during his had times and was able to guide him in becoming a good obedient child and also
gave him very useful advice where he required any from his father. And by this he was able to
live a very comfortable life.
More over his father was able to discipline him ever since he was a kid and due to the discipline
he was given by his father he was able to grow into someone respectable in the society today and
he has not turned into someone bad MUNOZ, J., & SAMPAYO, C(1987). He has not indulged
himself into alcohol, cannabis sativa, cocaine, pop or any form of drug. And all this was possible
through the advice given to him by his father and mother. If not for the advice given to him by
his two parents he would have probably indulged himself into taking these drugs or even doing
things that are much worse than the taking of drugs. And he should therefore really consider his
actions and not take the matter to court. Moreover, this father has been able to provide for him
shelter. This is by giving him a roof to live under which protects him from the harsh climate
which is the burning sun, the cold night and also the rain. If not for his efforts he would have
been somewhere out in the streets with nowhere to live or nowhere to call his home where he can
go to at the end of the day after school or even after work in the future.
And also his father has been able to offer him protection ever since he was a small boy. His
father has been some form of body guard to him since he has prevented any form of body harm
from happening to him since he was a small boy. And also knowing that his father can give his
life up for him this is because of the love that he has for his son and since he was never harassed
by anyone emotionally, physically nor sexually assaulted by anyone due to being protected by

his father CORLEY, T. C. (2009)... And also none of his rights have been neglected by his father
in any way. Moreover, he has not under gone any form of emotional abuse from his father due to
the love that he has for him. He has always treated him with so much love and respect that a
father should always treat his children. He has not ignored him, constantly shouted to him,
criticized, teased or even make him feel ashamed or bad in front of many people nor has he not
shown any form of love or even withdrawn his love for him in order to be able to control him
and get him to do things that he wants. And most importantly he has never encouraged his child
to do any form of la breaking unlike some bad parents who ask their children to go and steal for
them some things in order to prove that they do love them.
In addition to all that his father has been able to protect him from any form of child abuse. He
has been therefore him and has not done any form of child abuse to him. He has never beaten
him in any way to say that it was child abuse. STANLEY, T. J., & DANKO, W. D. (2010) And
therefore withal the proves stated above that show that his father even though he said he would
not be able to pay him he was just honest and was not any form of abuse.

Part 2
In this case, when joe signed his contract with the first company, in the contract he agreed that he
would not go to act for any other company as long as he is still working with Frere Bros for five
years but immediately after the signing of the contract one year later he went on and signed
another contract with a different company and immediately started working with them. By doing

this he had breached the first contract which he had signed with the first person. And this is very
wrong in the eyes of the law since a contract is an agreement between the two of them and he
had agreed not to work for anyone else for a period of 5 years but he later broke the contract. By
doing this he can be sued by Frere Bros. it has no remedy in the eyes of the law and he can be
severely punished by the law .He can be punished according to the contract they signed with
Frere Bros and can be forced to pay a very large fine as stated.
In the eyes if the law it is a breach of contract known as actual breach of contract. In this type of
breach, it is where a person is supposed to perform a certain action as stated on the contract but
did not perform their end of the bargain CALDWELL, B. (2001). In this case the action that joe
was supposed to act for a period of five years and in this case he breached the contract by later
signing another contract to star in a film being made by Pretty Pictures which he was not allowed
by his previous contract until he is done with acting for Frere Bros.
And since he breached the contract, there may have been certain remedies which they had agreed
to with his first partner. These remedies vary according to the degree in which the contract signed
has been breached. He must pay damages to the other party. This means that he has to award a
large sum of money as agreed by the contract so that he can be able to compensate the innocent
person which was depending on him and instead he ended up losing. Frere Bros can also choose
to order Joe to either stop or he can choose to take a lawful step to make sure that he sues Joe for
entering into another contract with another company and yet he had signed in the contract that he
would not enter into another contract while he was still in his contract.
Frere Bros can even after seeing that joe broke the contract has the right to be able to declare that
the contract is not good and can order the joe who breached the contract to do what it takes to put
frere bros in the very same position in which they were in before joe went on and decided to

enter in to another contract which broke the contract. There is specific performance which is a
form of order in which it directs that if the contract is breached by anyone in this case it is joe,
then he would have to perform that same contract in a way which will be specified by the court
of Australia that is if the breaching of the contract is taken to court by Frere Bro LOBEL, A.
(2008). . it would only be this case if the damages paid would not really be very adequate enough
compensation and would really not be awarded into relation to the contracts of the personal
service. Then he can also use other forms of remedies which can have injunctions, which are the
orders which are used in directing of someone to do something which was stated in the contract
like for example if the breaching of the contract does not really persist.
In other cases, the breached of the contract who in this case was joe can be able to just apologies
to the first party of the contract i.e. the person whom he signed the contract with first before he
signed the other contract, and if he accepted then he would have to go and terminate his new
contract which he signed later after already signing the previous one. HANSON, P. K., &
GEVINSON, A. (1993).Though this might be really hard for him since by signing the other new
contract it means that he just cant get out of that contract whenever he feels like it. He must
have some sort of reason that is good enough and proof enough to show that he can be able to
leave the contract. Though he can still use legal methods and prove that he was already in
another contract but this can make him to have to pay a damage fee since he made the petty
pictures film producers who thought that he would be their main star in their movie which would
really inconvenience them since they would have to take more time in looking for a new star
instead of starting to act the movie immediately.
Joe made a mistake in entering into two different contracts at the same time and therefore should
be punished if it is the will of the two parties. BIDDLE, C. D., & CRICHTON, K. S.

(1968).Though if they both dont find it necessary to punish him they might by taking him to
court and the court can be able to determine on what to do with Joe. In the case above she did a
big offence and therefore she should suffer her consequences and therefore bear the punishment
since she knew what he wanted to do and he entered a different contract while he knew he was in
another contract which was not supposed to be in another contract. He therefore needs to do
something to make this right.
If he is warned by Frere Bro to stop breaching the contract and does not listen to what he is told,
this is where Frere Bro can decide on whether to involve the authorities or not. And with these
stated above, it shows that joe may have remedies to deal with the breaching of the contract.
