NATURE OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES PERFORMED:

1. Organizing Brewing, Fermentation, Filtration and issue beer to packaging
as per plan.
2. Process Standardization : The aim is to achieve a consistent quality
product by
.
making sure that
whatever norms set for the process operations are met and within
the
specifications.
3. Yeast propagation - plant level & Yeast management.
4. Proper utilization & handling of chemicals and enzymes : To make sure
that
none of the process operation go without chemicals, enzymes,
as specified due to
its non availability or negligence.
5. Plant Hygiene : Emphasize on hygienic conditions in the plant and its
surroundings
keeping in view to curb contamination and its
sources.
6. Manpower planning for the entire process.

To follow the Technical specifications set by the company without
having influence
of any sort from the previous employers job profiles,
specifications and
trends.
"MASH FILTER" the most advanced technology in brewing from
BELGIUM launched first at BLOSSOM IND. LTD. ,DAMAN as far as
Brewery division in INDIA is concerned and I have operated,
handled, taken care and maintained this machine very successfully
(can do trouble shooting
related to "SCADA" software).
