To analyse quality management in public transportation in Delhi & Noida.

The population going to be surveyed will be differentiated on the following parameters.

We plan on talking to 100 people as a part of our stratified sample
CLUSTER AREA SAMPLE
The two geographical areas in question here are the town & suburban areas of Delhi &
Noida.
