Research Proposal
Background Information:
It is important to remember that understanding ones culture is a very important key
factor for any business venture to operate successfully. In fact, all organizations have a
culture, and a consistent set of beliefs, shared and framed by most of the members of the
enterprise about how people should behave at work and what tasks and goals are important.
Problem:
Consequently, the culture also includes and is shaped by the pattern of successful
internal responses to adapt to external threats and issues. Since, the culture is a result of past
successes as well as failures, it is critical to educate workers to learn from the past and look
forward to the future with the common attitude, cooperating with other co-workers.
Research Question:
In this way, this particular research paper focuses on determining different facets of
business corporate culture in Kazakhstan, as well as designating its importance in the frames
of Kazakhstani internal business market, and denominating its value and role. On this basis,
the primary research question is: - How to minimize the disadvantages of Kazakhstani
business culture as to improve the proficiency in business environment?
Rationale:
While some of studies believe that corporate culture is supporting advantage in
business, others expect that it is more of unavoidable necessity to business. Consequently, it
is fundamentally important analyze and monitor the process of how corporate culture works in
certain frames of business company as well as examine the distinct role that corporate culture
plays as a facet of core value and basics of this company

Differences in Corporate Culture


Research Aim:
It is expected that that the research paper will bring out with more methodological and
conceptual approaches for Kazakhstani companies to integrate corporate culture concepts and
patterns. The outcomes of the research is substantial in formation Kazakhstani business
environment and, moreover, promotes its ethical advancement to a new higher level and better
quality.

Methodology:
The major methodic tools to obtain a variety of possible ideas and personal opinions
were to conduct one specific survey as well as two interviews with knowledgeable,
orientedly-experienced, and well-informed people. Therefore, the particular survey was aimed
at collecting necessary information among the KIMEP students, regarding their perception of
corporate culture and what features they put forward in terms of business cultural pattern. In
addition to that, personal observation and research was conducted particularly to gain the
needed information about the present system of business culture among the employees of
Kazakhstani business companies.
