The ingathering for the State Missions offering (Missions
Georgia) will be this Sunday morning, September 18. Our
church goal is $2,000.00.

Baby Shower
There will be a church wide baby shower for Brant and Kristy
Harrell in honor of their baby girl that is due in Oct on Sept
25th at 2pm in the Fellowship Hall.

SAINTS ALIVE
Thanks for sharing special music in the evening service last
Sunday night. Our song Unspeakable Joy Medley was a
real toe tapper that brought smiles to everyones faces.
The date the choir has selected to attend the state Festival is
October 6-7. Mark your calendar and attend this great event
in Toccoa, Ga.

FELLOWSHIP CLUB
Our 2016-2017 Fellowship Club activities began on
Monday, September 12. A special word of thanks to each
of you who came a little early to help set up and those great
folks who stayed to clean. You are all appreciated! Ringers
from the Allegro Senior Living Center in Tallahassee,
Florida entertained and inspire some of us to grab a bell and
make a joyful noise with it. David and Myra Williams
played Georgia for us as well. David and Myra are invited
to be with us for our program on Monday, October 3. Bring
a covered dish, bring a friend, and bring yourself to this
great gathering of friends. Mark your calendar.

CHILDRENS CHOIR CHRISTMAS MUSIC

Our elementary school aged choir will begin preparing an
exciting dramatized musical to share this Christmas.

SPECIAL CALLED BUSINESS MEETING

We are still in need of Sunday School teachers. If not you, then who?
Maybe you are called to such a time as this. Please pray.
We will be starting a rotation of teachers and parents. I am in need of
individuals to teach three month shifts in three of our children's classes.
If you are able to assist, please contact me as soon as possible!

Early & Extended Session

2016-2017
We are on the lookout for individuals and families that will join us as
we serve during our services. We need people for both Early and
Extended and age groups Babies-2s and 3s-5s. If you are willing to
serve, please let me know! My email and cell phone are below.

We will not meet on Wednesday, September 28 due to Church
Conference.

Wednesday nights are back to our normal school year

schedule. We begin serving supper at 6:00 followed
by worship beginning at 6:50. Look forward to
joining together with our students for our weekly
service.
See You At The Pole is the morning of September
28th at your schools flag pole. Students across this
nation will be gathering at their schools flagpole to
pray for their school, city, and nation. Make plans
now to get up a little earlier to join your friends at the
flagpole.
Wednesday night, Sept 28th, we will be joining in a
community wide worship rally at Bainbridge Church
of God. The service will begin at 6:30. Make plans
to be dropped off and picked up from Church of God.
This promises to be a great day. Praying together at
school in the morning and worshipping together that
evening with our friends.

We are currently considering the proposal by the Deacons

to become an incorporated entity. The final discussion and
vote will be held at our regularly scheduled Quarterly
Conference on Wednesday, September 28.

Every Tuesday morning a dozen or so of our students

gather for breakfast and a time of prayer to start the
day. Join us at Bettys beginning at 6:45.
