shoulders, turned her around and shoved her toward the yard, almost causing her
to fall down the steps. She said that most of the large items had already been
moved out but she was there to get the remaining small things but they would not
let her have anything from inside. She said that the police had already been called

message from a friend that showed a screen shot of the suspect`s Facebook page
that showed he was trying to sell her remaining property that he had refused to
give her.
I spoke to the suspect JS about the incident and he said that he denied her entry
because his landlord told him he did not want her on the property anymore. He
said that she walked away from the door on her own and he did not put his hands
on her. According to his witness AC, she said that the victim never came in the
yard but stood outside the fence in the driveway, where they had her property
sitting out under a tarp so it nothing would get wet from the rain. AC explicitly
wanted to make it noted that I saw a tarp sitting in the driveway while I was there
for this report. I did see a tarp sitting in the driveway while I was there.
When I first arrived at the apartment tonight, there was a small pile of items sitting
at the edge of the yard on the sidewalk covered with a towel. JS said that was the
last of the victim`s property that he had. The victim went through the items and
said that there was an item belonging to her child that was missing, along with two
lounge chairs, a shower nozzle and a PS4 camouflage controller. JS denied the
items were there but when I informed him about the Facebook shots of the items,
AC went inside the apartment and turned over everything but the PS4 controller
which he denied any knowledge of what it even was. I informed him that if there
was a screen shot of the controller on his social media showing the item for sale,
he would be responsible for it.
I advised both parties to not have any contact with each other and I explained to
AU that she has to contact the PO to follow through with the case or no charges
would be filed.
