Throughout my life I have always enjoyed business had a passion for business and how a

business operates they operate, this which was sparked from watching an episode of The
Apprentice in 2007. The fact that young business men and women idolised Alan Sugar
and what he had achieved and ultimately wanted to follow in his footsteps. So I thought
to myself Im going give it a go and set an aim for the future to set up my own business
in the tertiary sector to help provide consumers with or product or service they could rely
on inspired me to achieve, I am now aiming to set up a business in the tertiary sector and
help cultivate an effective consumer product relationship. Over the years as I matured I
developed a good and polite attitude which allowed to communicate with anyone and
everyone, this in turn helped me become a confident young man in which my Mum could
be proud of as she was the one to push me to my limits and achieve everything that
came my way as she did not have the opportunity when she was young. Dont mention
your mum.... Talk about why you have matured, any trips that led to a sense of
responsibility and enthusiasm to learn. You want to be self-motivated and driven. By doing
so has allowed my communication skills to become transferable to any situation in
particularly my work life which in turn has allowed me to build and develop strong
customer and colleague relationships in a very charismatic and unique way. Since
undertaking education I have always had a need to learn new things at every opportunity
I could so it could enable me to become a better student and ultimately a better person. I
have undertaken my entire education in the local area from the village primary school to
the local high school which happened to be the biggest in the area. I was brought up to
believe education is priceless in which I had to come to realise when I started the
concrete jungle I would called the Alun School. My journey in the Alun School has been a
rollercoaster in which I had to learn to manage as organisational skills are key in a
learning environment. Due to the sheer size how many students attend the school it soon
hit my confidence levels due to going from a small village primary school to a school that
had over 1500 students. However whilst I was a student I have been able to build great
friendships with both fellow students and teachers which in turn has allowed me to get
my confidence back and become a confident and social student. As my education further
progressed into my final years in compulsory education it was time to choose my GCSEs
which ultimately will help shape my future.None of that is relevant at all! This was the
biggest challenge I had faced but thankfully with all the support from my teachers it
enabled me to finish my education with results anyone could be proud of. Upon finishing
high school it promptly made me decide which path I should take in order to start the
beginning of the rest of my life. Business was again a subject I had always taken an
interest in so undertaking the course was the first and firm decision I had made with 11
GCSEs under my belt, this was followed by Geography again a decision to help benefit
me further by being able to understand what physical and human factors can impact a
business and how a business could cope. Furthermore this was now the biggest challenge
I had faced and by putting 100% in my studies was hopefully the pathway to great
results. However whilst at 6th form it had allowed me to learn a lot about myself that I
never knew, these were things such as the ability to balance two very academic subjects
which involved a lot of independent learning at home to complete investigations and
coursework modules which has ultimately allowed me to carry it over into my current
position in Flintshire County Council as a Trainee Business Administration AssistantTalk
loads more about this, how the job has confirmed that this is what you want to study at a
higher level, how it has given you extra confidence and balancing work & academia.
What is it you do there?? as I have to balance my coursework with my workplace duties.
Glyndwr University is a building that is iconic to North East Wales and surrounding areas
and I have always had a part of me wanting to attend a local university in the country
that I live. As well as the great locality to my life in North East Wales, Glyndwr University
has a Business School that anyone would be grateful of a place. From last years

admissions in 2015/16, 25% of students achieved a 1st in all modules across the North
Wales Business School which shows that what students can achieve due to the support of
the staff is amazing. To study Applied Business would ultimately provide me with
foundation that I want to achieve my dream of setting up a business... why do you want
to study this, any particular modules you are interested in? Show them you know the
course dont tell them! BA (Hons) Applied Business is a course for people that want to
experience a degree as well as being able to undertake a work placement to apply the
knowledge which they learn in class to the workplace, which many universities cannot
offer. Due to my current employer and the position I am in as well as just finishing my
NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration it helps demonstrates my ability to balance my
work and studies making me an ideal student for this course. Finally by being able to
undertake this course in a university such as Glyndwr university would be the first stage
of my professional career as a wannabe This is NOT professional language business
mogul. I am particularly excited to start this course as the flexibility of learning not only
in a classroom but the work place too, will give me real experiences that will help further
my understanding of the business world, and hopefully inspire generations to come like
Sir Alan Sugar. You should reference Alan at the end again as this will make it seem less
fluffy and more like a driving force for you
