This is to request the concerned BDOI units to conduct their User Acceptance Testing to determine if the
Bureau of Internal Revenue website will be accessible and working using Internet Explorer version
11. The current version of the browser used to access and run the website is Internet Explorer 8.This
browser will be updated to a higher version depending on the results of the testing.
Kindly indicate your confirmation that the website is running using Internet Explorer version 11 by signing

currently used by BDOI under
Internet Explorer version 8.
Other features were not
included
because
the
objective of the testing was
only to determine if the
system covering the current
processes of BDOI will run
using
Internet
Explorer
version 11.

Testing was performed to validate

if the system will work using
Internet Explorer version 11 (as
compared to the current version 8).
There was no change in the
design, functionality and database
structure of the application that
may impact its performance. Thus,
performance testing is no longer
necessary.

This document certifies that the BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE website is accessible and
working using Internet Explorer version 11. Website features that were confirmed to be working
are limited to those currently used by BDOI under Internet Explorer version 8. These were
indicated in the test scripts submitted by BDOI users to ITD-Insurance
