Court, the Secretary RTA Bhopal has issued
temporary permit whereas his application
for permanent permit has been rejected then
he is not entitled for temporary permit.
Looking to the controversy in the matter this
Honble Court on 21.07.2016 issued notice
to the respondent for hearing on stay
application for staying the temporary permit
of month of july and after getting notice the
respondent authority has granted temporary
permit for the month of August on
23.07.2016 then this Honble Court vide
order dated 27.07.2016 stayed the temporary
permit of the month of July but now he has
started on illegal permit granted for month
of August.
The petitioner submitted mention
memo on 01.08.2016 which was came up
for hearing on 02.08.2016 and this Honble
Court allowed the same directing to list
tomorrow i.e. on 03.08.2016 but the case has
