RP walked into the station requesting to speak with an
officer regarding a past assault that occurred in another
jurisdiction.
Narrative:
clear - party claims he was assaulted in Foxborough a year
ago and he believes the assailant may be a Foxborough police
officer. RP waited until three months ago to report the
incident to FPD and came in today to speak with this
department regarding the situation because he has not heard
back from FPD after filing the complaint. The RP was advised
to go through the proper channels with FPD and that MPD
would not be able to assist him. The RP was advised to call
if he is threatened or sees the alleged assailant in
Mansfield.
