WAIVER OF RIGHTS
We, ROSALINA LAZA y MANZANO, MILA APOSTOL y MANZANO,
WILSON MANZANO y GAGARIN and EPIFANIO MANZANO y GAGARIN,
of legal ages, Filipino citizens and residents Barangay Sta. Maria, Camiling,
Tarlac, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do
hereby depose and state THAT:
1. We are the children of the late BIENVENIDO BUSTO MANZANO
(Gregorio, for brevity) who died on July 21, 2016 at Sta. Maria,
Camiling, Tarlac, Philippines;
2. Our father was a member of the Philippine Veterans Affairs, hence,
we are entitled to avail the Educational Benefit Program of the said
agency;
3. Due to financial problem, we failed to avail the said program
because after graduating from elementary and high school we
started to look for a job to sustain our daily needs;
4. Sometime in March 2016, our niece ABIGAIL BANARIA MANZANO
(daughter of our brother Larry Gagarin Manzano) graduated from
high school and she wants to continue her education to senior high
school, but her parents has no means to support it;
5. To help our niece pursue her dreams, we are waiving all our rights
and interest on the said educational benefit before the Philippine
Veterans Affairs Office in favor of our niece Abigail B. Manzano;
6. We are executing this Waiver of Rights to attest to the truth of the
foregoing statements and for all legal intents and purposes it may
serve.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 11th
day of August, 2016 at Camiling, Tarlac, Philippines.
