Evotingsystem
In compliance with the provisions of Section 108 of the Act and the
Rules framed there under, the Members are provided with the facility
to cast their vote electronically, through the evoting services
provided by NSDL(National Securities Depository Limited), on
resolutions only for Election of the Executive Committee Members,
set forth in the Notice dated 17/8/2016 for holding of 37th AGM on
30/09/2016 at New Delhi(agenda point no 3 to 11).
The member will receive an email from NSDL an Agency appointed
by Council, as per Rule 20 of the Companies (Management &
Administration) Amendment Rules 2015) relating to evoting for
election of executive committee members, only for the resolution
number 3 to 11 of Notice of Annual General Meeting.

Now GotoevotingiconandselectActiveEvoting Cyclesasshownbelow.

Thescreenwillbedisplayedwithactiveevoting cycles.Usermayselecttheevotingcycleforvoting
byclickingonthehyperlinkofEVEN(EVotingEventNumber).TherewerethreeEVENsforthree
Regions. UserwillhavetocastthevoteforeachregionbyclickingtheEVENsonebyone.

AfterselectingtheconcernEVEN,thedetailsoftherespectiveEVENshallbedisplayed.

The user has an option to vote a resolution during the voting start date (27/09/2016 9 A.M.)and
end date(29/09/2016 5 P.M.). The user shall cast the vote for a resolution of the EVEN by
selecting the option, I/we assent to the resolution(For/Yes/favour) as shown above and click on
submit. In case vote is not to be casted Or to deselect the option for a resolution then select
Reset button. Member will have option to select 3 No.s of candidates only. After selecting of 3
candidates in one EVEN, popup window will come up for the information of same.

Click on Confirm button to confirm the caste of vote.

Upon confirmation, the message Vote cast successfully will be displayed.

Repeat Step 7 to 9 for remaining two EVENS for remaining two regions.

Promotion Counicl.pdf with your Membership ID (RCMC No.) as
password. The said PDF file contains your user ID and password for e
voting
