: Rules and Regulations (Tutorial topic 2)

There were three groups that presented about the topic two which focus about
the rules and regulations in our country, Malaysia.
The first group presented about the article related to a boy who was abused by
his teacher at school. The discussed about the issues and give their opinion
about how to overcome those problems. One of the answer given by the given
was to report the stealing issues with the administrator of the school before took
any action to the boys. It was because, in the first group discussion, they found
out that the teacher who abused the child until he got severe injury that had
caused his death was fully blamed towards the teacher. It was because the
teacher also did not practice the etiquettes as a teacher in school. The teacher
should not punish their students as they did not even bother to investigate the
matter.
The second group presented about the article related to the increasing of the
teacher issues reported in every year. For this article, the group have to discuss
about their opinion on the rules related with the teacher etiquettes and their act
that the public servant need to abide on. So, they found out several acts that
needed the public servant to abide on such as the attendance act, where public
servant need to at the work field on time. The second act also related to the
public servant attitude where it focuses on the behaviour of the teacher at school.
It was where they need to follow and abide by the administrator decision as well
as the teacher should not be an entrepreneurship at school where they were
selling things at school which was clearly breaking out the rules and regulations
as the public servant.
The third group presented about the issue of a principal in Sabah that always
kicked out his teachers from his school, especially the ones who did not do much
works. It has been an issue there where the teacher that has been kicked out had

made the demonstrations by using the pupils at the front line to express their
unsatisfied emotion as they had been kicked out by the principal in 24 hours. So,
the third group was assigned to discuss about the ways that the teacher and the
principal should do to avoid that problems from occurring in the future again. The
group did provide us with a good input in this matter which could be seen from
the handout given by them.
As a conclusion, all the groups that presented about the topic 2 which was about
the rules and regulations did show that they understood the rules and they were
able to apply it in the Malaysian Education context and system.
