WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITION

Products installed are covered with 6 months limited warranty on parts and labor from the date of
installation.
Service units may be provided, if available, in event the installed equipment needs to pullout and
repair.
Replacement of unit or any spare parts is subject to availability. In case of unavailability due to
obsolesce or out in the market, it will be replaced with a similar product compatible with the
existing system. If the replacement unit is expensive than the original price of the existing, the
client will shoulder the additional cost.
The client will shoulder the accommodation and travel expense of the technician if support arises.

This warranty is not applicable to cases arising from the following incidents:

Tampered, altered, removed from the original location of a non- authorized personnel.
If ownership of the products is no longer with the first consumer purchaser
Damaged due to fire, water, improper use, physical damage, accident and forced majeure
(lightning, flood, earthquake etc.)
Tampered or removed warranty seal

Units that have been serviced by anyone other than duly authorized service
personnel.

OPTINET TECHNOLOGIES DOES NOT WARRANT PRODUCTS INCORPORATED OR UTILIZED IN
THIS INSTALLATION THAT WAS NOT FURNISHED BY OPTINET TECHNOLOGIES SPECIFICALLY
DISCLAIMS LIABILITY UNDER ANY THEORY OF LAW ARISING OUT OF THE INSTALLATION OF,
PERFORMANCE OF, OR DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY OR CAUSED BY, PRODUCTS NOT FURNISHED
BY OPTINET TECHNOLOGIES .
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY CANNOT BE AMENDED, ALTERED OR MODIFIED IN ANY WAY EXCEPT
IN WRITING SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED OFFICER OF OPTINET TECHNOLOGIES . NO OTHER
PERSON HAS ANY AUTHORITY TO BIND OPTINET TECHNOLOGIES WITH ANY REPRESENTATION
OR WARRANTY WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN.
