DEGREE ATTESTATION
Degree Attestation is a basic requirement for endorsement of professional visa in Pakistan from
Saudi Embassy Islamabad and Karachi, applying Family Visit Visa, Permanent Resident Visa and
change of profession on Iqama. Degrees issued by HEC recognized Universities or Colleges need
to attest their original degree from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and Foreign Office
Pakistan. Professional degree of Doctor also needs to attest from the Ministry of Health as well.
Degrees comes under the Pakistan Engineer Council (PEC) also need to verified and attest from
the authority. Once these attestations done then it can be process from Saudi Culture Mission
and Saudi Embassy Islamabad.

DIPLOMA
Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE) 3 years issued by Punjab Board of Technical Education
Lahore is needed to attest from issuing authority, Inter Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC)
and Foreign Office Pakistan. Only Saudi Embassy attest DAE diploma. Attested diploma is used
for the purpose of visa endorsement, change of profession on Iqama, applying for family visit
visa and permanent resident visa.

MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE
Marriage Certificate (MRC) or Nikah Nama issued by union council required attestation from
Foreign Office and Saudi Embassy Islamabad. You also need to translate marriage certificate in
English and Arabic on same page divided by column and this translation also need to attest
from Foreign office and Saudi Embassy. Marriage certificate and Nikah Nama is used for
applying family visit visa and permanent resident visa. This is also required for endorsement of
visa from Etimad office.

Birth Certificate issued by union council and B-From issued by Nadra need to attest from
Foreign Office Pakistan and Saudi Embassy Islamabad. You also need to translate birth
certificate or B-form in English and Arabic on same page divided by column and this translation
also needs to attest from Foreign office and Saudi Embassy. Birth certificate or B-Form is used
