**. Correlation is significant at the 0.01 level (2-tailed).

*. Correlation is significant at the 0.05 level (2-tailed).

Interpretation of Table 1:
Correlation exist in case of only where sig (2-tailed) value is less than 0.05.
Pearson Correlation value in the table is the degree of correlation here. If we take correlation between education and
experience here the Pearson correlation is greater than 0.05 then there is a high degree of positive correlation.
There are inter-correlation existing between independent variables here due to which all variables will not exist in the final
regression model equation it will exclude the variables which are not related to the dependant variable.

Interpretation:
R here is the coefficient of correlation whose value is 0.961. It represent positive and strong relationship between the
independent and dependent variables here.
Hence it is proved that the model is practical and you can use it for your day to day operations.
R-Square is the coefficient of determination here with the value 0.923. This means 92.3% dependence of the dependent
variable on independent variable.

The significance level for no. of projects entered is less than 0.05 so only for this variable correlation will exist between
this independent variable and the dependent variable that is compensation.
We got the interpretation that 92.3% of compensation will depend on the no. of projects entered.
The regression model equation here will be: Compensation= -93.355 + 29.225 (No. of Projects Entered).
Where: Constant= -93.355
b2 = 29.225
No. of Projects Entered is the only independent variable which is directly affecting the independent variable which is
Compensation.
