General Rules for Rumble in the Tundra 2016

Players are responsible for being in the tournament area for each game they signed up for, if you
wander off for any reason or are in another bracket and do not communicate this with the TO
running your bracket, you will be given a set loss after your name is called 3 times. No exceptions,
No refunds.

All games will be played in double elimination brackets on the default settings, unless otherwise
specified, below.

All macros available via the in-game controller configuration menu are allowed.

Hardware programmable input entry, rapid-fire, or other hardware assisted mechanisms are strictly
forbidden.

Accidentally pausing the game at any time during the fight may force you to forfeit the round (solely
at a judges or opponents discretion).

Any player using Random Select to pick their character, must Random Select again if they win
the match, provided that there is no way to pick a certain character in the random box.

You MUST provide your own peripherals for games played on all systems. Borrowing causes delays
we hate delays.

The only converters that are legal are Brooks converters. All those converters are the responsibility
of the player using them. Any malfunctions that result in pauses/system difficulties are an automatic
match loss, any breakage of consoles or ports will be paid for by owner of converter.

XBOX One wireless controllers are allowed to be used only with a USB cable, and no batteries or
battery pack in the controller.

PlayStation 4 Dual Shock controllers are allowed, but must be turned off after your match
concludes.

3rd party controllers which pair to a dongle such as the old SF MadCatz controllers are fine.

Side events (games with no pot bonus) are subject to change or cancellation based on equipment
needs or lack of participants. If a side event is cancelled you will be issues a refund for that event
only. Venue fee is not refundable for any reason.

King of Fighters XIV

Game version: PS4

Game Settings: Versus Mode, 60 Seconds, Team vs play, 2/3 Games, No Handicaps, Random stage
select.

The WF, LF and GF sets only- will be 3/5 Matches.

Players may switch team order in between matches. Only the loser of a match may switch charcters
from their team.

Street Fighter V

Game version: PS4

Game Settings: Versus Mode, 99 Seconds, 2/3 Rounds, 2/3 Games, No Handicap

The top 8 competitors will play 3/5 Matches.

Urien is legal.

Kanzuki Beach and Training Stage are banned.

Legacy Controllers are now banned.

Mortal Kombat X

Game version: PlayStation 4

Game Settings: Versus Mode, 3/5 Games pools-finals, 99 Seconds

Winner must keep same character and variation.

Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator

Game version: PS4

Game Settings: Versus Mode, 2/3 Rounds, 2/3 Games

If 9/30 patch comes out on time, the tournament consoles will be patched

Tekken Tag 2

Game version: Playstation 3

Game Settings: 3/5 Games, 99 Seconds

There will be no customizing colors, names or items at any time before or during a tournament
match. Any player that does so will be given a loss.

Solo mode is allowed, play it at your own risk.

Pokken Tournament

Game version: WiiU US version

Game Settings: LAN Mode, Skill=Off, 2/3 Rounds, 2/3 Games, Stadium Only

Loser of last match may change fighter Pokemon

Both players may change assist sets and cheer type between matches

Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3

Game version: Xbox 360

Game Settings: 99 Seconds, 3/5 Games, Default Handicap, Default Damage

You may not use any glitch that prevents the game from being played. This includes game freezing,
game resetting, player freezing, dead body infinites, etc.

Winner must keep exact same team (including assists), but may switch order of assists via loading
screen.

Galactus is banned in tournament play.

No multiple characters are allowed on the same team.

Super Smash Bros Melee

Game version: Nintendo GameCube

Game Settings: 4 Stock, 8 Minute Time Limit, No Items, Pause Disabled, 2/3 Games

Starter stages: Yoshis Story, Fountain of Dreams, Final Destination, Battlefield, Dream Land.

Counter-pick stages: Pokemon Stadium.

Wobbling is legal. Freezing and infinite stalling are not legal.

First stage is decided by banning from the Starter Stages in P1-P2-P2-P1 order.

Winning player is not locked into the same character for the next match, but has to pick before loser
selects character.

Following stages decided by winner banning one stage from all stages and then loser choosing.

Any matches that are best of five, there are no stage bans.

You may not choose a stage you have already won on unless mutually agreed to

Super Smash Bros for WiiU

Game version: US Nintendo WiiU

Game Settings: 2 Stock, 6 Minute Time Limit, Items Off, Equipment Off, 2/3 Games

Order of events: Pick characters, then stage striking.

Available Stages:: Battlefield, Final Destination, Smashville, Lylat Cruise, Town & City, Castle Siege,
Delfino Plaza, Duck Hunt, Halberd

All Omega stages are banned.

Following stages decided by winner banning two stages from all stages and then loser choosing.

First stage is decided by banning from the Starter Stages in P1(1)-P2(2)-P1(2)-P2(2)-P1(1) order.

Winning player is not locked into the same character for the next match, but has to pick before loser
selects character.

You may not choose a stage you have already won on unless mutually agreed to.

You may not play on a stage that is not on the available stages list. This will result in a double
disqualification.

Maximum allowed time between games is 60 seconds. Any player violating this rule will be issued a
loss.

There will be no loading anything on to the consoles from a Nintendo portable gaming system.

Allowed controllers: WiiU Pro Controller & GameCube Controller.

Game settings: 2/3 matches pools, 3/5 finals, 8 min timer if available, 4 stock, no items
Dreamland is only legal stage.

BlazBlue: Central Fiction
