ORDINANCE NO. 2013-338 ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ARTICLE II OF REGULATION ORDINANCE NO. 2009-216 (AN
OD/NANCE RE-ESTABLISHING PARKING AREAS FOR ALL VEHICLES
IN THE CITY OF ILOILO)", TO INCLUDE TIMAWA AVENUE, MOLO
DISTRICT, IN THE PROHIBITION AGAINST ON-ROAD PARKKING

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Jloilo, that:

Section I. - That Section I of Regulation Ordinance No. 2013-338 entitled, "AN

ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE II OF REGULATION ORDINANCE NO. 2009-216 (AN
OD/NANCE RE-ESTABLISHING PARKING AREAS FOR ALL VEHICLES IN THE CITY OF

Section 2. - All existing ordinances, executive orders, regulations or parts thereof in conflict
with any of the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed, amended and revised.
Section 3. - If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid by a competent court, the
remained provision shall not be affected thereby.
Section 4. - Tl1at this ordinance shall take effect after ten (10) days from publication.
