(a) Candidates from schools/ins tu ons should make amendments on the MUET/D slip. The slips should be returned to Majlis Peperiksaan
Malaysia through candidates' respec ve school principals. The rec ed details will appear in the MUET cer cates issued later.
(b) Private candidates should inform Majlis Peperiksaan Malaysia by le er, of the amended details to be made on the MUET/D slip.
(c) All amendments that are sent to Majlis Peperiksaan Malaysia more than 2 weeks a er the release of MUET/D will be charged RM25.00.
