SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin is a utility that enables
network administrators to see all the Ricoh devices on
the network along with print devices from other
providers in a single, comprehensive view.
SmartDeviceMonitor (SDM) for Admin makes it easy
to check up on any printer, MFP, fax or other system,
so IT decision-makers can see any systems status,
configuration, consumable levels and environmental
settings at-a-glance. Essentially, it helps IT departments
manage devices proactively, so that users encounter
fewer issues, place fewer calls to the help desk and
achieve higher productivity.

SmartDeviceMonitor is a powerful network printing utility
with two parts. SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin enables
network administrators to manage print devices, settings and
configurations remotely, while SmartDeviceMonitor for Client
gives users greater flexibility for optimizing print workflow.
Administrator Module: Provides a unified,

customizable view of all connected printing
systems, with the ability to click on any system
to see its status, settings and other metrics with
at-a-glance convenience.
Client Module: Informs end-users about the
status of MFPs and printers, and expands local
print management capabilities with support for
peer-to-peer printing, recovery printing and
parallel printing.
Accounting Report Package Option: The
