Christmas Assistance 2016

Catholic Charities Pee Dees Christmas Assistance 2016 is available
to Horry and Georgetown County families with children under the
age of 18 years old.
Registration is required for this assistance.
Please call CCPD at 1.855.377.1357 ext 1
between October 3rd October 7th
for an appointment.
Each family seeking assistance MUST bring the following items
to their appointment:
Photo ID
Birth Certificate or Medicaid Cards for the children
Last 4 numbers of social security for everyone in the
family
Legal Custody Papers for any children where you are not
listed as the parent on the birth certificate
Proof of Income for ALL those living in your household
o Pay stubs, Food Stamps, Social Security benefits,
Disability
Proof of Expenses: all bills for the past month
o Rent, mortgage, lights, water,
gas, sanitation, telephone, cable,
car payments, insurance,
medical, child care, loans

Christmas Assistance will only be

available to families who are
pre-registered and have an appointment
the day of the event! NO EXCEPTIONS!
