Statement of the problem

The study aimed to identify the three (3) best problems that the Jermaliz
Solis Bakery had experience.
1. Problems in Employees
The objective of business owners is profitability. The employees
are the face of the business to the customers. They are the heart and
soul of a business and they are the mechanism that makes a business
run. For some businesses, employees are a necessity because it is
hard to run a popular business or even a small shop single-handedly. A
business cannot run unless someone, employees, in this case, is doing
the work. The organization's success depends on the employees'
performance and poor performance can cause damage to the
company's success.
Mr. Solis problem to his employees is that they are hard headed
and they always want to advance cash from their salary. They also
performed poor communication to their customer. Employees who
cant answer questions about the product and why your bakery is
better than the other bakeries will result in lost of sales.
In this aspect, Bad employees not only affect an employer by
driving down sales but they also affect the customer as well. Once a
customer has experienced a bad employee, it automatically affects the
employer in obvious ways. Although this seems like common sense to
most people, it is unusual how most employers will overlook this fact,
whether its because of time to deal with the problem or lack of better
judgment. It is a fact that sales get affected for a reason. The reason
could be because of the customers lack of satisfaction with whatever
service he or she had received and that lack of satisfaction from bad
employees.

2. Competency among all the other bakeries

Businesses exist in a competitive environment every business
has their competitors. Businesses have to face tough competition from
other independent entities that offer similar services or goods in the
marketplace. Competition exists in the market in terms of price,
quality, features and offerings etc.
Jermaliz Solis Bakery is in fierce competition with other bakeries
to provide the best possible value for money goods, and to offer the
most suitable range of products for their customers.
3. Increase more sales
Business is any lawful activities concerning with the production
and distribution of goods and services for profit. The main and most
prime aim of business is to earn profit or sales. A businessman
undertakes business only with the desire to earn profit. So profit is the
important part of business.
When it comes in running a business, Sales are likely to move in
one of two directions: it may up or down. Obviously, every business
owners want them to go up. If you simply try to hold and just remain
profitable without actively trying to grow your sales, you're likely going
to see that number drop over time. That's why it's important that you
pursue an aggressive strategy that will increase your sales.
