Student Ministry

HIGH SCHOOL
Breakfast Club: Sundays, 10:00 - 11:00 am, in the
Barn. Free breakfast and Bible study.
Youth Group : Sundays, 6:00 - 8:30 pm in the
Student Center. Donuts, Bible study, & games.
Laurelville Fall Retreat: November 18-20.
Students will experience fun activities, worship,
and amazing guest speakers. There are great
concerts, game nights, mud football (optional),
quests through the woods, and great hang-time
with friends! This retreat is truly an amazing

MIDDLE SCHOOL
Amped Wednesdays (Youth Group):
Wednesdays at 6:30 pm in the Student Center.
Amped Sundays: Bible study, donuts and game
time! Sundays at 10:00 am in the Student Center.
Airsoft Wars: Saturday, October 15.
11:00 am - 3:00 pm. $5 for food and ammo.
Laurelville Fall Retreat: November 4-6. There is
nothing else like it! From mud football to a
themed dance party, Laurelville is amazing! The
skit team will have you laughing, the worship
team will be jamming, and the speaker will be
pointing you towards God. You should come and
bring some friends! Youll have a blast! More info

Adore (Night of Worship)


A spectacular night of praise and worship for the
entire city of Pittsburgh. Join us for an inspiring
night of worship as we sing and rejoice from a

Men's Retreat - October 14-16 at Camp Kon-O-Kwee

Young Adults
Christian Ed Class: Sunday mornings at 10:00 am
in Classroom 102. My Hope with Billy Graham.
Bowling Night: Enjoy a night of bowling and meet
other Young Adults (20s & 30s) from Christ Church
on Friday, October 21, from 7:00 - 9:00 pm at
Paradise Island Bowl. Each ticket ($5) includes 2
hours of bowling, shoe rental, 2 slices of pizza and

The Edge: Mondays, 7:00 pm in the Student
Center. For guys and girls ages 18 - 24, looking to
engage in faith and culture.

Moon Township. Led by Denny Pattyn.
Bonfire: Saturday, October 29, 6:30 pm at Brendas

Missions Class
Saturday, October 15, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm in
Fellowship Hall. You'll discover your mission, how to
share your message, your mission field and what it
takes to be "on mission" for God. You must take the
Membership, Maturity, and Ministry classes before
taking the Mission class. Sign up at www.ccgf.org/

Small Groups
Fall is a GREAT TIME to join a small group! No
matter where you live, there is a group for you!
New groups are starting in Moon, Cranberry and
Wexford. We have groups for men, women,
couples, parents and more! If you are interested in

P.A.G.E.S.
Our Performing Arts Group for Elementary
Students is for children in kindergarten through 6th
grade who love singing, performing, and the
theater arts. Sundays, 12:30-2:00 pm in the Rally
Room. Lunch is provided for students.

Monthly Prayer
Join us on the first Saturday of every month at
9:00 am in the Chapel as we pray for our marriages,
families, and our church. Everyone welcome!

Sunday Mornings for Infant - Preschool
Babies, toddlers, and preschoolers experience
God through age-appropriate activities including
music and dance, drawing, crafts, and Bible story
at 8:45, 10:00, & 11:15 am.
Awana for Age 3 - 5th Grade
Wednesdays, 6:30 - 8:00 pm in Kids Ministry.
AWANA is a fun-filled, action packed, and Bible
based program for kids ages 3 through 5th grade.

MOPS/MomsNext
Meetings: October 13 & 27, 9:30 - 11:30 am in
Fellowship Hall. Childcare is provided.
Moms@Nite: Wednesdays, 6:30-8:00 pm in the
Cry Room in Wilson Hall. Open to all moms of any
age children. Childcare will be available for
children under age three.
MOPS Kids Clothes and More Sale
Friday, October 14: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm and
Saturday, October 15: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (50% off
red tags). We are collecting donations of gently
used clothing, shoes, equipment and toys. Sizes
infant to size 18. Donations can be dropped off in
Classroom 101 the week of October 9.

FAB (Fit, Active & Bendable) Exercise Class


Are you a fitness instructor or do you know
someone who is? We are looking for someone to
teach an exercise class here at the church on
Tuesdays at 10:00 am while our current instructor
is recovering from surgery. This is a large class of
wonderful, energetic women. If youre looking for a

World Vision provides help for the poor and sick
around the world. Volunteers are needed to pack,

The Serenity Group - Women Seeking Peace. A
womens discussion group for discovery, healing,
and breaking free from troubled relationships.
Wednesday Evenings, 6:30 - 8:30 pm in the

Missions
Supported Missions: Serving Our Sentinels assists
severely wounded, post 9/11 veterans transition back
into civilian life. We meet the second Monday of
each month, 7:00 pm in the Sanctuary Cry Room.

We will be collecting donations to send packages to
our active military overseas for Christmas again this
