Present

Owner of the Communications Workstream and responsible for strategic communication for the San Luis Potosi (SLP) Project
Team: Company distributed publications, GO articles, SLP team SharePoints, C3 room, press conferences, media events,
communication between the team and the SLP government officials, and Spanish translation.

Created a new, interactive and visually appealing internal SLP team site for Goodyears company intranet that reaches 66,000
associates worldwide using a SharePoint platform to distribute all SLP Plant updates articles, pictures, videos, 1st tire
countdown, current headcount in SLP, Program Compadre, Operator Training Status, SLP travel information, reports and
metrics.

Co-Creator of the Hola Employee Resource Group (ERG), which promotes the power of inclusion and has a primary focus on
attracting, engaging and developing Hispanic/Latino associates that will contribute to Goodyears success in a more inclusive
