, Ltd (HXS) is a professional shipbuilding

company specializing in commercial steel vessel construction.
HXS, before 2004 known as Yongshun Shipyard Company, was started by President Wang
Hongjun in 1997 as a shipbuilding and ship repair business along the Jiaojiang River in
Taizhou China. In 2004, Yongshun Shipyard Company was incorporated and its name was
changed to Zhejiang Hongxin Shipbuilding Co.,Ltd. Since 1997 Yongshun Shipyard produced
the first cargo vessel which contributed in Hong Kong new airport project, 80 class vessels,
include general cargo, bulk carrier, dredger, and container vessel, were constructed and/or
under construction in HXS for the owners from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, Korea,
Netherlands, Greece and Singapore etc. Now HXS relies mainly on building class vessels and
export vessels, such as 32,500dwt Bulk Carrier, 22,000dwt Bulk Carrier, 6,800dwt
Multi-purpose Container Vessel, 3,300dwt General Cargo Ship etc., and most vessels
constructed by HXS have been inspected by CCS, GL and BV.
HXS occupies an area of more than 166,750m2, with facilities:

Depending on working load, HXS has employed more than 1,000~1,200 employees, many of
our key superintendents and foremen have been employed here at HXS an average of over
8 years, with rich experience in shipbuilding, they work as a team and keep HXS a high
competitiveness in the area.
