ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE RAISING OF DUCKS, SWINE
TURKEYS AND ANY FARM RELATED DOMESTICATED
ANIMALS INSIDE ANY SUBDIVISIONS AND OTHER HIGHLY
POPULATED PLACES

Due to volumes of complaint among residents of

subdivisions and other populated places in this jurisdiction, the
above ordinance is hereby manifested into law;
That no person is allowed to raise ducks, swine turkeys and
any farm related domesticated animals inside the subdivision and
other populated places of this barangay.
That raising the same is allowed, extended and recognized
only to farm lots outside of the subdivision and other non- thickly
populated places with prior permit from the Barangay depending
upon their numbers.
Violators will be sanctioned at Three hundred pesos ( Php
300.00) per head.
Ripened into an ordinance this 21st day of August 2016.
