Testing & Commissioning Method Statements & Task Risk Assessments for
specific on site activities prior to such works being carried out.
Only authorised, trained & competent appointed person(s) (Electrical
and/or Mechanical) to carry out the Testing & Commissioning of systems.
All the required Training will be given to MEP, to perform Commissioning
Activities (ID cards to be issued to Trained Persons for Commissioning
Activities).
All the required Training will be given to Construction, PMT/PMC and
Visitors to access areas (ID cards to be issued to Trained Persons for
Snagging Works or Visiting the Restricted Area). Such Persons will be
