All aircraft carrying out visual circuit approaches to RWY 03 shall not,
unless cleared by ATC, descend below 2500' on the LEFT downwind leg.
Aircraft must join the final approach track to RWY 03 at 2500'or above.
Pending traffic in LP(R)-42 B/(R)-42 A.

GO AROUND PROCEDURE:
Climb STRAIGHT AHEAD to 4000', then proceed to LAR NDB holding.
Contact APPROACH.
