I am writing to request permission to take 45 pieces of helium balloons inside the school
premises to room 12C at 3:30-4:00 this afternoon, September 21, 2016.

These balloons will be used for a surprise birthday celebration at 4:30 pm in said classroom for
Atty. Gallant D. Soriano. We assure you that these balloons will be taken out of the school
premises by the end of our next period without litter or balloons going astray.
