In consideration of the acceptance of my participation at the WASE PTO Holiday Festival, I, the

executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims against Wallenpaupack Area
South Elementary School, Wallenpaupack Area School District, Wallenpaupack Area South Elementary
PTO, their volunteers and participants.
