Released as Trialware until May/15/2003

Steps to follow...
0. Unzip file and Save in a Directory of your preference. Click the name to fire up Excel.
1. Adjust the V,K,T,M,L,B parameters to satisfy the requirements of your Design on the "Input" sheet.
2. Select or Enter any Filters to be applied on the Design at the "Filters" sheet.
3. Press the button "Generate & Optimize" to create your Design.
4. Adjust the Iterations & Cycles spinners to accommodate your computer's speed and Time of Optimization.
You can stop Optimization by pressing the "Stop" button.
5. Verify the cover of your Design by pressing the "Estimate Cover" button.
6. You can apply file operations like "Load Design" or "Save Design" with the appropriate buttons.
7. All Designs are saved under "your directory"/MyDesigns folder.
8. All Filters are saved under "your directory"/MyFilters folder.

Parameters:
V = Lotto Balls
K = Ticket Size
T = to Match/Guarantee
M = Possible Hits
L = How many times the T parameter shall be satisfied, (Multiple Wins)
B = Number of Tickets to Generate & Optimize
