2 - Analyze your 24 hour recall from the class activity using the Exchange
System & Computer Dietary Analysis software
This section will be completed individually. However, feel free to ask a TA or the instructor if you
have questions.
Using the information from the 24 hour recall, the resources available on ANGEL and your notes on
the Exchange method for dietary assessment, indicate the expected grams C/P/F in each food, based on
the Exchange List in the chart below.
Once the Exchange List information is completed, look up the actual grams of C/P/F using Super
Tracker for each food and record the information in the chart below. You can find this in the Food
Details Report.
