COCKTAILS FOR CHARLEYS BAR

NEGRONI
1 jig Gilbeys Gin
1/2 Campari Bitter
1/2 Sweet Vermouth

Fill mixing glass half full of ice and add ingredients. Stir to mix and strain into
cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
PINK LADY
1 jig Gilbeys Gin
1/4 Calamansi Juice
1/2 Grenadine

Fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Add thr ingredients. Shake well and strain in cocktail
glass. Garnish with orange.
ORANGE BLOSSOM
1 jig Gilbeys Gin
Orange Juice

Rimmed the collins glass with white sugar. Fill the collins glass with ice. Pour the
ingredients and stir well. Garnish with orange wedge.
BLOODY MARY
45ml Smirnoff triple distilled Vodka

1 dash Worcestershire

15ml dayap juice

3 drops salt

120ml tomato juice

1 drop pepper

1 dash tabasco

Fill the collins glass half full of ice. Add all the ingredients in order in a cocktail
shaker. Strain in the iced filled glass. Dust lightly with celery salt (do not stir)
garnish with celery stalk.
BLACK RUSSIAN

1 Jig Smirnoff Triple Distilled Vodka


3/4 Kahlua

Place all the ingredients in old fashioned glass filled with ice. Stir well.
GODMOTHER
1 1/2 Jig Smirnoff Triple Distilled Vodka
3/4 Jig Amaretto

Place all the ingredients in old fashioned glass filled with ice. Stir well.
OLD FASHIONED
1 Jig Jim Beam White Bourbon Whisky
1 dash sugar syrup
1 dash angustura bitters
1 jig soda water

Put sugar syrup and bitters into old fashioned glass and swirl. Add ice cubes and
whisky and top with soda water. Stir thoroughly. Garnish with cherry and lemon
peel.
PERFECT MANHATTAN
1 Jig Jim Beam white bourbon whisky
1/2 Jig Sweet vermouth
1/2 jig Dry Vermouth
1 drop angostura bitter

Fill the mixing glass with ice. Put all the ingredients. Stir well and strain in a chilled
cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist and cherry.
WHISKY SOUR
1 jig Jim Beam White Whisky
1/2 jig Calamansi / lemon juice
1/2 jig sugar syrup

Put all the ingredients in cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain in old fashioned glass
together with the ice. Garnish lemon.
GOD FATHER
1 1/2 jig Jw red Scotch whisky
3/4 jig amaretto liqueur

Pour the ingredients in old fashioned glass filled with ice. Stir well.
TEQUILA SUNRISE
1 jig Jose Cuervo Tequila
4 jig Orange Juice
1/2 Grenadine Syrup

Fill the collins glass with ice. Put the tequila and orange juice. Then pour the
grenadine. Stir carefully to make sunrise effect. Garnish with orange wheel on the
rim.
BRANDY ALEXANDER
3/4 jig fundador brandy
3/4 jig creme de cacao brown
3/4 cream

Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filed with ice. Shake briskly. Strain in a
chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with nutmeg.
CUBA LIBRE
1 1/2 Jig Bacardi light
2 wedge lime
Fill with coca cola

Put all the ingredients in a highball filled with ice. Fill with cola.

STRAWBERRY DAQUIRI

1 jig Bacardi Gold


1 jig strawberry syrup
1/2 jig calamansi juice
1/2 jig sugar

Put all the ingredients in the blender filled with ice. Blend well. Strain in a cocktail
glass. Garnish with orange and cherry.
MANGO DAQUIRI
1 jig Bacardi Gold
1 part of fresh ripe mango
1/2 jig calamansi juice
1/2 jig sugar

Put all the ingredients in the blender filled with ice. Blend well. Strain in a cocktail
glass. Garnish with mango slice in the rim.
PLANTERS PUNCH
1 1/2 jig Bacardi Gold
1/2 jig Calamansi Juice
1/2 jig Sugar Syrup
1/2 jig Grenadine syrup
1/8 slice lemon

Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain in a
collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with slice of orange and cherry.
PINA COLADA
1 1/2 jig Bacardi gold
2 jig pineapple juice
1/2 jig sugar syrup
1 jig coconut milk
Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain in Poco
Grande glass with ice. Garnish with pineapple spear.

1jig creme de cacao white
1/2 jig creme de menthe green
1/2 cream

Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain in chilled
in cocktail glass. Garnish with mint leaves.
SEX ON THE BEACH
1 1/2 jig Smirnoff triple distilled Vodka,

1/2 jig Peach schnapps

1 1/2 jig Cranberry juice,

1 1/2 Orange juice

Preparation: Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with
orange slice.

1 jig sweet and sour mix
2 jig Sprite soda

Pour all ingredients except the 7-Up into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes. Top
with 7-Up and stir gently.

1 part pineapple juice
1 part orange juice

1/2 jig Fundador Brandy

Dash Grenadine

Mix vodka, tequila, rum, bourbon, brandy and scotch in a Collins glass. Add ice
cubes up to 3/4 of glass. Stir. Fill in with equal portions of chilled orange and
pineapple juices to top. Add a dash of grenadine.

SHOOTERS FOR CHARLEYS BAR


B-52 FLAMING
10 ml Walsh Coffee Liqueur (or Kahlua)
10ml Irish Cream (or Baileys)
10ml Bacardi 151
Layer the ingredients in order.
MELON BURN
20 ml Smirnoff Triple Distilled Vodka
5 ml Walsh Melon Liqueur
5 ml Pineapple Juice
5 ml Lemon Juice
Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain a shot
glass.
SCOOBY SNACK
15 ml Malibu Coconut Rum
15ml Melon Liqueur
15ml Pineapple Juice
10 ml Milk

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain
into a shot glass.
BLUE BALLS
5 ml Blue Curacao liqueur
20 ml Bacardi Light
10 ml peach schnapps

5 ml sweet and sour mix


5ml Sprite soda

Mix all ingredients. Chill with ice and strain into a shooter glass!

FLAMING LAMBHORGHINI
20 ml Kahlua coffee liqueur
20 ml Sambuca
15ml Blue Curacao liqueur
20 Bailey's Irish cream

Pour the Sambuca and Kahlua into a cocktail glass. Pour the baileys and blue
curacao into two separate shot glasses either side of the cocktail glass. Set light the
concoction in the cocktail glass and start to drink through a straw (this drink should
be drunk in one). As the bottom of the glass is reached put out the fire by pouring
the baileys and blue curacao into the cocktail glass and keep drinking till it's all
gone.
JAGER BOMB
1/2 can Red Bull energy drink
30 ml Jagermeister herbal liqueur

Pour red bull into a medium sized glass. Add a shot glass of jagermeister, and chug.
BRAIN HEMMORAGE
30ml peach schnapps
10ml Bailey's Irish cream
3 drops grenadine syrup

Pour the peach schnapps into a shot glass. Slowly add the Bailey's, top with the
grenadine, and serve.
LEMON DROP

20 ml vodka
10 lemon juice
1 sugar cube

rimmed the shot glass with sugar. Add the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with
ice. Shake and strain the rimmed shot glass.
MELON SOUR
20 ml Walsh Melon Liqueur
10 ml Sweet and Sour Mix
1 sugar cube
Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain in a sugar rimmed shot
glass.

CRANBERRY KAMIKAZE
20 ml Smirnoff Triple Distilled Vodka
5 ml Walsh Triple Sec
5 ml lime juice
5 ml Cranberry Juice
Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain in a
shot glass.
WOO WOO
20 ml Smirnoff Triple Distilled Vodka
5 ml Cranberry Juice
5 ml Walsh Peach Schnapps

Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain in a
shot glass.

Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain in a
shot glass.
