Each question is based on a scale of 0,1,2,3,4,5;
0 (zero) no mention of the criteria
1 (one) mentions but no explanation or evidence.
2 (two) mentioned with little evidence.
3 (three) mentioned with sited evidence.
4 (four) mentioned with evidence and relation to personal plan.
5 (five) mentioned with evidence, relation to personal plan and written clearly
Some questions are worth more than 5 points. Those will be assessed the same way as a 5 point
question, just weighted higher. (i.e. if a question would score a 4, but is a 15 pt question, you earn 12
pt.)
