REQUIRED SOFTWARE

properly! You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free at: www.adobe.com.
Other PDF readers such as Apples Preview, will not function properly with this file.

CHANGEABLE TEXT FEATURE

You can type in and personalize the invitation & folded cards in this kit. This is possible with included text fields.
Sample text has been provided for you within various text fields in this kit, which you can change as
you see fit. In some pages, like the invitations, you will see . . . ( dots ). These can be left alone as
decorative elements or you may select them to remove them or add your own text in place of them.

SAVE AS

You may save your typed information by doing a save as option and renaming this file.

OTHER OPTIONS

You may use this kit for a baby shower, or welcoming of baby party and/ or change the text to Spanish.

PAPER

CARDSTOCK:
We recommend bright, white heavy cardstock paper for all items, preferably in the 110 lb weight and 8.5" x 11"
(U.S. letterhead) size. You can find these at your local Office Supply stores for about $12 for a ream of 500 sheets.

PRINTING

AT HOME:
Any desktop printer should print printables just fine as long as the ink supply level is sufficient.
Do make sure you set your printer to its maximum quality setting!
AT YOUR LOCAL OFFICE SUPPLY SHOP:
It may be a good idea to print a test page first before processing in placing an order at your Office Supply shop.
At times, laser printers are a bit saturated so you want to make sure to check the colors on the test printout.
This is a great time to communicate to your printing shop if the colors look correct, need to be adjusted
(lighter or darker if at all) and test out the stock of cardstock paper they have available for printing.
DO Set your printers to print at 100% with NO scalling!

SCORING

Score all areas where indicated!!! Scoring is the act of creating a line or depression in the paper that will help the
paper fold. If you simply fold the paper, your crease may look very unprofessional or the paper may even crack!
You can score paper using any of the following in addition to a straight edge tool like a metal ruler:
an old ball point pen with no ink inside, burnisher tool or a bone folder. The objective is for the paper to want to
fold easily :)

CAUTION
Always supervise children when they handle scissors--you may want to help them cut. NEVER let children
use an x-acto knife!

Circle Tags

Print on cardstock paper. Cut sheet into 3 separate columns. Punch out circles with a
2 inch circle or scalloped circle puncher. If using as cupcake toppers, simply use tape or 1 inch white
or clear circle stickers of the permanent kind {available in any office suply store} to secure toothpicks
or lollipop sticks behind them.
Make sure this file prints at 100% (WITH NO SCALLING!!) or file will print smaller than intended.

Cupcake Wrappers

Print on cardstock paper. Cut out wrappers & wrap them around already
decorated cupcakes and secure by taping. For best results, wrap cupcakes
moments before presenting them at your event.
