This research aims to analyze and determine the level of employee empowerment
PT. Insurance Bangun Askrida Area Kendari. The object of this research is PT.
Insurance Bangun Askrida Area Kendari, key informant research that leadership
PT. Insurance Bangun Askrida Area Kendari. The method used in this research is
a qualitative descriptive analysis.
The results showed that the level of empowerment by leadership PT. Insurance
Bangun Askrida Area Kendari classified as very good. which is indicated by the
Desire of management to delegate and involve work to employees, the existence of
the Trust between management and employees, onset of Self Confident employees
of the capabilities, preservation of Credibility employees that encourages healthy
competition, creating an organization that has a high performance, The existence
of Accountability to the authority that has been granted, and presence of
Communication which is open to create mutual understanding between employees
and management.
