Allocate Requirements: As per Babok (pg152 v.

3) the purpose to define the design options is to

define the solution approach by allocating the requirements across the solution components to
achieve that particular desired future state. Allocating requirements can be done through various
techniques. In terms of the requirements management software, I have selected Process Street
as in ideal software for allocating the requirements.i
List of Features about the Software Process Street
1. Web-Based Software to create Company procedure documents including policy and,
operation manuals and reference guides.
2. It can create trigger based workflows (Happen at random times)
3. Useful for New client setup, Employee onboarding, Content promotion.
4. It can further create recurring processes and tasks (Scheduled Processes) including daily,
weekly tasks, monthly newsletters, and most important performance reviews.
5. Features like drag and drop, keyboard shortcuts.
6. Versions documents automatic.
7. It uses rich content files, images, videos to add depth to the documents.
8. Control permissions on documents and folders so you can manage edit and view
permissions.
9. Automatic execute processes and collaborate with the team involved in the project.
10. It creates process templates, runs multiple instances of the templates as checklist, which
finally track and help the team collaborate.
11. It converts documents into workflows which are trigger based and helps in content
management
12. Detailed activity log to know exactly who did what is available.
13. Third-party collaboration with other apps like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics (for
CRM), Payment sites like PayPal, Stripe and email integration with Gmail.
14. Add existing clients as guests for requirements gathering with a view access only to their
case.
15. Access to suppliers for contract approvals and collaboration.
16. Scheduled processes like Monthly sales reports and cash flow reports also and added
feature.

Software Integrates with

1. First, Acceptance and Evaluation Criteria (Babok pg. 218 v.3) as it goes through the
employee, new client setup onboarding process which is more concern with attributes
like specific information, operations, characteristics like usability and scalability.
2. Business Rules and Analysis (Babok pg.240 v.3) as the documents are built with
workflows with the set of scheduled processes and weekly tasks.
3. Reviews (Babok pg. 326 v.3) as a detailed activity log management which are under
scheduled processes and detailed tasks help to ascertain the performance as to who is
4.

doing what at the current moment of time.

Process Modeling (Babok pg318 v.3) includes trigger event, a sequence of activities
scheduled.

Does not Integrate with

1. Use Cases and Scenarios (Babok pg. 356 v.3) as itself does not create an outcome based
on a third party software interaction, but instead has an out bound interaction with
another software like Salesforce, MS Dynamics CRM, to create solution in their domain.
But it does interact in some ways by Trigger (Babok pg358 v.3) to get things executed on
time.
Overall its currently rated the best requirements management software and tends to
satisfy to accomplish most of the tasks required for allocating requirements.ii
