CIBIS Tower 9 is an office building which is part of CIBIS


Business Park complex: a green mixed use development in
the heart of South Jakarta. Currently the land is known as
Cilandak Commercial Estate, which strategically located at
the intersection of Jalan TB Simatupang, Jalan Raya
Cilandak KKO and Jalan Ampera Raya. CIBIS Business
Park complex will be the biggest mixed-use development in
TB Simatupang; standing on 11.6 Ha Land and consist of a
total of 9 towers. There will be 7 office towers, 2 towers of
apartment, child care center, structured parking, sports
club, and supporting retail and F&B facilities within CIBIS
Business Park complex.
The development of CIBIS Business Park Complex will be
divided into 3 phases:
Phase 1: CIBIS Tower 9, F&B Pavilion and Amenities
Pavilion. CIBIS Tower 9 will be in full operational in March
2016, while the F&B and Amenities Pavilion will be in Q2
2016.
Phase 2a: 2 towers of apartment, 5 office towers, more
than 1Ha of Alun-Alun and retail facilities, child care center,
parking structure, and multifunction hall. Target completion
of Phase 2a is in 2019.
Phase 2b: Sports club, face lift of the existing Garden
Center building. Target completion of Phase 2b is in 2020.

CIBIS Tower 9 is a 16 stories office tower with


massive floor plate of approximately 4,000 sqm
gross area / 3,800 sqm semigross area, which is
going to be the biggest office floor plate in
Jakarta. Tower 9 is built on a 1.3 Ha Land with
large area for greeneries. Designed to be a
Grade A office building, CIBIS Tower 9 also has
obtained LEED Platinum of green building
certification, in the category of Core and Shell.
CIBIS Tower 9 will be equipped with 10
Passenger Lifts along with 2 Parking Lifts and 2
Service Lifts to ensure the mobility of Tenants
inside the Building. 3 levels of basement parking
is available to accommodate of approximately
720 car parking lots for Tenants and visitors.
