Note

In chronic diseases frequent, preferably daily irradiation can not be avoided.

Irradiate not only margins of decubitus ulcer but cross-hatch the whole area!
After the 1st - 3rd therapy increased pain can occur because of accelerated
regeneration of nerve ends. This worsening should not interrupt the treatment
as it shows a positive body response. For patients with decubitus ulcer after
removable prostheses we reduce pain and enhance healing, in most cases 1
- 3 sessions are sufficient together with prosthesis adjustment.

Irradiate as in post-surgical states. First 2-3 days after trauma infrared laser
with 5 Hz frequency can be applied. After laser application there is often a
fast subsidence of pain and oedema. However it is essential to instruct the
patient that the joint is not healed in minimum 6 weeks after problems occur
and that he must follow rest regime together with physiotherapy, eventually
other physical therapy.

satisfactory. Combine treatment with manipulative therapy of the spine.
