2005: 33). Formalizarea comunicrii sindicale este dublat aadar de dezvoltarea
tehnicilor de management i, n primul
rnd, de investiiile din ce n ce mai
consistente n comunicare. Renunarea la
simpla propagand, mai exact nlocuirea
propagandei cu campaniile moderne,
nuanate i subtile de comunicare reprezint pentru Olivesi un proces de raionalizare n gestionarea socialului. Acest
proces nu este ns o manifestare a unei
voine arbitrare a patronilor sau managerilor (ori a unei majoriti ponderate a lor).
Ceea ce fac ei este doar s transpun n
practic o necesitate indus de evoluia
modului de producie capitalist.
Cu alte cuvinte, organizaiile destul de
mari i probeaz astfel capacitatea de
adaptare. Organizaiile sunt inteligente n
msura n care demonstreaz c in pasul
cu modul de evoluie a produciei, n
msura n care managementul lor identific soluii strategice viabile pentru
stakeholders (Heath, Palenchar, 2009: 9;
Cornelissen, 2009: 37-63). Inteligena lor
social este vital dac avem n vedere
scopul fundamental de supravieuire i
dezvoltare. Singura problem este c organizaiile articuleaz structuri care plaseaz
conducerea ntr-o poziie dominant fa
de salariai, lipsii de resurse comparabile
(Olivesi, 2005: 43). Companiile suficient
de mari au valorificat ansa de a recurge la
specialiti n relaii publice, comunicare,
negociere pentru a face fa constrngerilor legale. ns, pn la urm, aceste
constrngeri ale dreptului muncii nu i se
par cercettorului francez bine dimensionate, astfel nct s asigure echilibrul dorit
ntre angajator i angajat.
