MANAGEMENT AND PERSONNEL FEASIBILITY

The basic aim of the management study is to have an effective
organization which will help carry out the objectives of the project proponents. It
encompasses the organization for the pre-operating period as well as for the actual
commercial operations.

Mission
To capture memories and special events of every individual with their own ideas
with innovative, real time concepts and professional quality photos while creating a clear
communications and strong bond relationship with clients.
Objectives of the Business
- Pic's Perfect has two objectives, the short-term & long-term objectives.
Short-term Objectives includes...

To build a company's name recognition within the community.
To employ effective and efficient personnel who create success for customers.
To develop systems of production for each product category.

To develop a comfortable net profit by the third (3) year.
To expand the business operation around the Philippines.
ORGANIZATIONAL CHART
(MEMORIZE)
Pic's Perfect will have four (4) regular and two (2) on-call
employees composed of General Manager, Office Administrator, Sales and Production
Officer, Professional Photographer/Videographer, and Assistant Photographer.
The Straight Line represents the Regular Employees while the Broken Line represents
the On Call Employees.
Each of them must have a knowledge about an operations of photography business.

The General Manager will be the one to plan and will be in charge of the overall
supervision of the business.
The Office Administrator will oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of the
operations. He/she will be also responsible for the general care of the office
facilities.

The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible of creating marketing


strategies and campaigns.

A Professional Photographer will be responsible for conducting a photographic


shoot.

The Assistant Photographer will be responsible for assisting the professional


photographer in a photographic shoot. Usually, this involves preparing sets,
checking that all equipment is functioning properly, setting up lighting and
accessories.

SALARIES AND COMPENSATION SCHEME

The salaries of Office Administrator, Sales and Marketing Officer, Professional
Photographer/Videographer are based on minimum wage in NCR.
The salary of General Manager is based on 30% above the minimum wage.
The salary of Assistant Photographer is below minimum.
While the salaries of On Call Employees are per event basis.
WORKING SCHEDULE
(MEMORIZE)
Pic's Perfect will be open on Monday to Sunday from 8:00 in the morning until
5:00 in the evening. Employees will work six (6) days a week and they are entitled to

one (1) rest day a week.
